CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Cancellation by Traveller

45 days or more before departure- 10% of total tour cost
30-44 days before departure- 25% of total tour cost
15-29 days before departure- 50% of total tour cost
7-14 days before departure- 75% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days/no-show- 100% no refund

2. Important Notes:

Airfare, Visa, and Insurance are non- refundable once booked.
Refunds processed within 21 working days of written request.
Name/date changes = cancellation + rebooking charges.
Any Bank or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Organizer Cancellation:

Full refund or credit issued if Yellow Umbrella cancels the trip.
During outing, Vehicles will go up to permissable limit only.
Rates are dynamic and subject to availability.
Given cost is estimated based on lowest flight rates and hotel rates at the time of package quotation.
Package price can vary at the time of quotation, subject to flight rates.
Room rates are based on standard rates. Supplement cost will vary for valley facing / sea facing or higher category rooms.
Force Majeure cases: Refund limited to recoverable cost only.
