• 3-star comfort hotels on twin-sharing basis or similar category
• Daily breakfast and dinner (Half Board)
• Private AC vehicle for airport pickup/drop, intercity transfers and sightseeing
• English-speaking chauffeur guide / local coordination support
• Sightseeing as per itinerary, subject to operating feasibility
• Complimentary Sri Lanka ETA support where applicable for group booking

EXCLUSIONS :

• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Lunches, snacks and beverages unless specifically confirmed
• Monument / attraction entry fees unless mentioned in writing
• Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades and hotel extras
• Private guide, separate vehicle, extra transfers or custom itinerary changes
• Tips, shopping, phone calls, porterage and personal expenses
• Anything not clearly listed under inclusions

CANCELLATION POLICY : 

1. Cancellation by Traveler:

• 45+ days before departure – Flat Deduction of INR 10,000/- from full package amount
• 30–44 days – 50% cancellation charges
• 15–29 days – 75% cancellation charges + Full Ticket Amount
• <15 days / No show – 100% charges

2. Important Notes:

• Airfare, Visa, and Insurance are non- refundable once booked
• Refunds processed within 21 working days of written request
• Name/date changes = cancellation + rebooking charges
• Any Bank or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Organizer Cancellation:

• Full refund or credit issued if Yellow Umbrella cancels the trip
• During outing, Vehicles will go up to permissable limit only.
• Rates are dynamic and subject to availability.
• Given cost is estimated based on lowest flight rates and hotel rates at the time of package quotation.
• Package price can vary at the time of quotation, subject to flight rates.
• Room rates are based on standard rates. Supplement cost will vary for valley facing / sea facing or higher category rooms.
• Force Majeure cases : Refund limited to recoverable cost only

4. Special Condition:

• No partial refunds for missed days or unavailed portion of itinerary/services
