Customized leisure, honeymoon, senior citizen, and special-interest tours

Our services may be offered directly to travelers or through travel agents, tour operators, corporates, clubs, and experience partners.
All services are subject to availability and supplier conditions confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old

You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements

Information shared by you or on behalf of your clients is accurate and complete

For B2B partners, you confirm that you are authorized to book or contract travel services on behalf of your customers.

3. Bookings, Contracts & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation.

Final service details, inclusions, exclusions, and commercial terms will be shared via quotation, email, or agreement.

Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, government levies, fuel surcharges, or supplier revisions.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store banking or card details.

For B2B partners, agreed credit terms, if any, will be governed by separate written agreements.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by destination, supplier, service type, and contract terms.

Cancellation charges are applied based on the date of cancellation relative to travel dates.

No refunds are applicable for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.

Where applicable, refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after supplier recovery, using the original payment method.

Supplier cancellation terms shared at the time of booking shall override any general policy stated here.

5. Changes & Operational Amendments

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transport, services, or schedules due to operational, weather, safety, force majeure, or supplier reasons.

Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible.

Minor changes do not qualify for refunds.

Changes requested by the traveler or B2B partner may attract additional costs.

6. Travel Documents & Compliance

It is the responsibility of the traveler and/or booking partner to ensure:

Valid passports, visas, permits, and identification

Passport validity as per destination requirements

Compliance with immigration, customs, and health regulations

Yellow Umbrella Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection, denied boarding, or refusal of entry by authorities.

7. Health, Safety & Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to travel.

Participation in tours, activities, and experiences is at the traveler’s own risk.

We are not liable for illness, injury, accidents, loss, damage, or death during travel.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Epidemics or pandemics

Government actions or restrictions

Political unrest or strikes

Airline, transport, or supplier failures

Any refunds or rescheduling in such cases will be subject to supplier recoveries.
