1. Cancellation by Traveler:

45+ days before departure – Full refund minus ₹2,000
30–44 days – 50% cancellation charge
15–29 days – 75% cancellation charge
<15 days / No show – 100% charge

2. Important Notes:

Airfare, Visa, and Insurance are nonrefundable once booked
Refunds processed within 21 working days of written request
Name/date changes = cancellation + rebooking charges

3. Organizer Cancellation:

Full refund or credit issued if Yellow Umbrella cancels the trip
Force Majeure cases: Refund limited to recoverable cost only

4. Special Condition:

This is a fixed group departure. No partial refunds for missed days/services.
