1. Cancellation by Traveler:

45+ days before departure – Flat Deduction of INR 10,000/- from full package amount
30–44 days – 50% cancellation charges
15–29 days – 75% cancellation charges + Full Ticket Amount
<15 days / No show – 100% charges

2. Important Notes:

Airfare, Visa, and Insurance are non- refundable once booked
Refunds processed within 21 working days of written request
Name/date changes = cancellation + rebooking charges
Any Bank or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Organizer Cancellation:

Full refund or credit issued if Yellow Umbrella cancels the trip
During outing, Vehicles will go up to permissable limit only.
Rates are dynamic and subject to availability.
Given cost is estimated based on lowest flight rates and hotel rates at the time of package quotation.
Package price can vary at the time of quotation, subject to flight rates.
